CAVS ANNUAL FUN DAY TO BE HELD ON FRIDAY, 21ST NOVEMBER 2014

The College of Agriculture and Veterinary Sciences (CAVS) fun day will be held on Friday, 21st November 2014. The objective of the event is to create an opportunity for the CAVS family to play games together, have fun and socialize. The Department of Sports & Games staff has planned a pre -College fun day fitness aerobic program prior to this event. The aerobic sessions will start next week on Tuesday 11^th Nov, 2014. The aerobic sessions are very important to all staff who will be participating on the fun day to ensure that they are physically fit for the college fun day Sports activities and to avoid injuries related to lack of fitness. It will also be a good opportunity to develop physical fitness and prevent lack of fitness health related problems.
